WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are providing international shipping. However, due to some postal issues, we cannot deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders overseas by mail service. After processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving at your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW TO MAKE AMENDMENTS AFTER ORDERING?
If you wish to change anything with regards to your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 12 hours after placing orders. If you contact us after 12 hours, we will not be able to make anymore changes as your order will be fully processed by then.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking code for your orders to the email you had filled in when you placed your order. The email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason is that there will be a time lag in most cases for the first tracking event to show up. This is very common so you do not have to worry about it. Our customer support team constantly monitor all package flow to make sure they are on your way to you.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. Therefore, you can try to check your package awhile later.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable option for yourself. All products are set in US Dollar, our system may automatically show you the prices of the products in your local currency to make it easy for you to see.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS
WHAT IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY ORDER SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?
Step 1: Contact your local postal service and inform them of your tracking number to find out the latest status of your package
Step 2: If you cannot retrieve any information from your local postal service, please contact our heroic customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your shipping address to us again.
Step 3: If the address you had provided matches the shipping address in our system, we are willing to express ship another one to you (3-5 days) or refund you 50% of your total value. However, if it as due to your mistake during the order process and filled in the wrong address, we cannot offer any refund.
